Put simply, essential oils are concentrated liquids taken straight from the most powerful parts of plants. Because these particles are so small, they travel through our body in minutes, delivering innumerable benefits to support our natural functions. We use them for myriad reasons to improve and enhance our physical and mental wellness.

Since Charlie was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease a couple of years ago, we have paid much closer attention to what we put in and on and around our bodies. From how we prepare our food to the cleaners we use in our home, the Talley family has come a long way in being more purposeful and intentional about how we live. And using essential oils has become an intrinsic part of that.

Charlie and I believe every person and every family should use essential oils and other plant-derived products to benefit their lives, and we are passionate about sharing what we have learned – and continue to learn – with others so that they can experience a more intentional, wellness-focused life, too.

Why Young Living?

There are lots of different companies that sell essential oils. Here’s why Young Living oils are the only ones we’ll touch.

I’ve tested many different brands of oils, from the shelves of our local “green” grocery store to mail-order companies. And our family decided to use only Young Living oils because we found them to be the purest, safest and most trustworthy on the market. Here are a few reasons why:

+ Young Living has 25 years of experience and is the world leader in essential oils research and distillation.

+ Young Living uses a seed to seal process to ensure each bottle is top-shelf, beyond-organic goodness. Learn more about the seed to seal process here.

+ Each batch of oils is not only distilled from plants harvested only from Young Living-owned farms, but it is also rigorously tested by third-parties.

+ You can visit Young Living farms and participate in the harvesting and distillation process yourself. Transparency like that is found in no other essential oils company to date. Watch the Idaho Balsam Fir harvest here.

+ With over 120 singles and blends, Young Living has one of the greatest selection of oils available.

+ Young Living oils do not have an expiration date.

+ Young Living Vitality oils are safe for ingestion.
